Hi Josh,

That's leftover from my UnstableSqueak experiment.  The idea is to try
to get a little closer to a CVS style of development where everyone is
encouraged to be working from the HEAD rather than have hundreds of
branches.  The rules were these:

- Each package could have exactly one blessed version at one time (and
any number of unblessed versions)
- Special UI was provided in the image to load the current blessed
version of all packages
- To change the blessed version to a new one, it has to have the old
blessed version as one of its ancestors
- Anyone can commit versions but only some are allowed to bless

I think Impara's MonticelloConfigurations might be a better way to do
something similar, these days.
