hi guys

marcus just put a 6696 image in the ftp and I issue a couple of cs  
for 6696 -> 6702
that integrate the ToolPlus changes of andreas.

This was a bit painful so it really needs to be tested. Thanks Cees  
for the help it was good to work on evening together.
