I'm not going to be deterred by that.
After all, there are 750-or-so references to Smalltalk, and lots of
them need to go as well (replaced by 'self environment' or similar) ;)
Anyway, how would you rewrite #error: to throw the exception the
sender meant to throw, but didn't?
