Ron, 

	Well, I use it, but cannot help you a lot.  You can view the
source code at http://passwordsafe.sourceforge.net as well as getting
a fairly complete description.  It runs on most of the Windows family
- 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, and XP as well as PocketPC.  It was designed
by Bruce Schneier.  I think there may be another product which is
essentially the same written for Unix, Linux, etc.

	It does not do logging, at least I don't believe it does, but
it wouldn't be hard to add it.

	We've used it here for about a year and it seems fine.  Sorry
I don't know more.
