All,

If someone wanted to make some changes to something in squeakMap (that is
not loaded in the base image) what would the proper procedure be?  There
appears to be an owner and an author.  Should I make changes and submit a
new version with a different name to squeakmap, or contact the author and
owner with changes to see if changes would be acceptable or just do
everything through the bug tracker and hope it all works out alright.  Or
just keep the changes to myself?
