I have used squeak+mysql (+comanche) for a web-based application, which 
is used in-house by ~10 Users. This application has run for 3 years now 
without problems. I haven't touched it for a long time, so I don't 
remember in detail how I did it. But in general the documentation on the 
swiki says it all.
