we are about to upgrade our Mantis installation.
We will shut down the service until the transition is complete.
Please do a couple of tests before entering "real" data and provide us 
with feedback. We will give an all clear when the new version seems to 
be ok.
In case we have to switch back to the current version, any data entered 
into the new version will be lost. So please test only first.
