Hi guys

this is a first alarm of a real and deep problem, I start to be  
personally exhausted to
harvest and try to use MC for doing that. May be after all I'm too  
stupid.

We are trying the debug a process to harvest and build the image and  
at the same
time harvest changes and this is TEDIOUS because we do not have the  
time to
learn and fix if necessary MC to improve the process. Avi is also  
really busy and
using MC is really slow (when you load and reload squeak even on my  
fast machine).

Now the problem is simple: if we do not do it, ***nobody*** will do it.
And I start to be tired, working in two places, managing two groups  
of researchers,
teaching, living in two countries........... So we should find a  
solution else the process
will burn marcus too like in the past and after we are fucked up. Let  
us face it.

I thought that it could be a work for the foundation but we do not  
want to open
a war or destroy the community by proposing that someone get payed to  
help us
to fix the process/problem. Once I asked Ned if he could help and  
been payed
but again we do not know how to proceed.

So if you have any suggestion think twice before but now there is  
still time to say
something and make sure that the process support itself. But right  
now I do not see how
we can continue like that. Seriously, I have fun to clean, harvest  
fixes but
not like that and we need help.
