My vote is for anything that takes one character to type. I don't care
if it's _ or = (which I know is already taken), but personally I have
never liked ':=', ever since I learned Pascal. Assignment is such a
common thing to do that it should take the least amount of effort
possible. Typing ':=' is a pain.
