Need to do something

Actually, this is a pretty accurate summary as far as I am concerned, so 
thanks for making it. The only question remaining is: What do we do 
about it? After all the starting point here was that we need to do 
something (see subject line) so after establishing a few ground rules we 
still need to take some action, right?
