Ok, there's now a QualityControl package on SqueakMap (and on
SqueakSource). The first cut runs four simple things:
- sends of #halt
- references to Transcript
- sends of unimplemented messages
- a run of all tests in the package.

Disclaimer: the shoemaker's kids have holes in their shoes. In other
words, this package hasn't been quality controlled itself :)

If people have ideas for other tests, better implementations of the
current tests, etcetera, please shout.

My idea is to collect some best coding practices here and ram it down
the Teams thr^H^H^H^H^H propose that Teams apply it during their daily
work.
