I use a filter rule that is based on the TO and the CC fields. If any of 
them contains: squeak-dev at lists.squeakfoundation.org then I move the 
mail to my squeak-dev folder.

Filtering by subject is prone to error. For example when someone 
privately replies you a mail from the list.
