Hello Folks,

i just stumbled into http://symphonyos.com/laws.html and
MezzoGraypaper.pdf talking about user interfaces and having a
customised Linux as an example.

The idea of ramming the mouse into a corner of the screen for getting
important menus is not far away from what Start/Browse MessageTally
does to stop the tally (run the mouse against the top of the screen).

I think this really addresses many of the UI issues I personally have
with squeak.
