According to the link you provided Alan says in one part:
" In other words, what Disney actually owned,
   we were careful to leave behind,
   and Disney owns nothing else. "

If that be the case, lets just concentrate on Apple, the people who own 
their contributions to Squeak and the license which bears there name.

This would be a nice gift to the community, if the license was cleared up.
