I have a procedure issue: I've filed my fix and Daniel's tests and
created a new Monticello version in Kernel/inbox and
KernelTests/inbox. However, it looks like the Kernel-Processes-Tests
is in Kernel while other tests are in KernelTests. Is that an intended
distinction?

And is putting a new version in <package>/inbox the recommended way of
submitting fixes and new tests?
