sq.h isn't one of the generated files; it is a handwritten file that
lives in platforms/Cross/vm and so ther must be some path related
screwup occuring. Best guess at this hour of the morning is that it
might be worth renaming the directory
/home/bfuller/projects/squeak/branches/VMM38b4 to
/home/bfuller/projects/squeak/branches/platforms to see if it is just a
makefile/path problem. I guess the SVN setup needs to be changed to
avoid that but it is, after all, an experiment on my part to see if I
can make a branch!
