I was having strange behavior with Squeak while using a Logitech mouse,
where the mouse pointer speed changed as soon as Squeak became the active
application (on Windows).

Turns out, there is a control panel setting for Logitech called "Disable
acceleration in games" and if you turn that off, things work correctly.

(Why Logitech thinks Squeak is a game, I don't know!)
