[ANN] eCompletion 3.0b1

Wrong information from my side. The TAB key does work, there is a
difference between TAB and Ctrl-Space: TAB works only when the caret
is positioned behind a alphanumeric character otherwise you get a TAB
character inserted.

Stef, my 3.9a tests are still pending...
