I should mention that we both have used "PointInTime" as a class name.
In TimeZoneDatabase, the class PointInTime represents an absolute time
magnitude, independent of Earth rotational representations of time (time
zones, calendars, leap seconds, etc). I think that you have done something
similar in Chalten.
This would not be hard to change if someone wanted TimeZoneDatebase and
Chalten in the same image, but I just wanted to let you know about it.
