I just have a naive question.
Do you have to register the crypto package with the US depart  
responsible for cryptology?
If you need help for that Ron is doing that on the behalf of  
squeakFoundation for the crypto package
that VW people are ready to open-source.

As you see I'm not expert in that but you can ask Cees or Ron.
