I tried to reproduce the problem. TAB does not work, it just inserts a
TAB in the code pane. I'll fix that, in the mean time enter
ctrl-space.

You'll need Shout 4, I don't know about 3.15.

I didn't test 3.9a 7021, only 7006. I test 3.9a again this weekend...
