Thank you, Daniel, for getting the ball rolling.  There is a lot that still
needs to be done, and I hope that we can start a discussion about what the
community believes should be the next boards priorities.  This is our chance
to contribute to the structure of our community.  The voices and
participation of everyone is very important.  Although this can be a
difficult process, there is a lot of good that can come from it.  It is
worth the effort.
