Removing Etoys (was Re: A process proposal for 3.10)

As said, we must give up to a frontal attack.
There is a plan to use Tweak instead of Morphic in the next few years (1-3)?
If Morphic will be obsolete in three years,  it'd not be so bad to have
"eToy1" around for a while.

We can think of fixing only eToy critical bugs and left the others alone.
