that seems obvious to me:

it's ' ,' that joins the items in #('a' 'b' 'c'), acting as a glue, 
while the expression

#('a' 'b' 'c') join: ' ,'

does not make any sense when you read it.
we do "small talk" after all... not "reverse talk"
