Hi,

I have tested this new vm, it works well about UTF-8 filenames which need normalization. 
I believe this problem comes from Apple's UTF-8 encoding implementation for pre-combined/decomposed characters, so it would also work about Latin characters, for example, umlaut or accent mark, when using UTF-8 filenames.
