They may have verbally said that, but that's not what they are saying in this 
section. They are clearly stating they retain the supreme right to spend the 
funds solely in their own judgement. It doesn't say they will spend the funds 
in concert and in collaboration with the Project's directors.

What I'm saying is that it's advertised on the web that the Converancy is at 
the direction of the Project, but the contract clearly states the opposite.
