Yes.  I would also encourage people(candidates and voters) to blog. With
blogs people can feel free to express themselves and we can all choose to
sample views we find valuable(whether we agree or not).  Email lists are a
shared space that has to be managed lest it get out of control. However, I
think we need more expression not less and blogs help distribute the
management overhead. Express yourselves!
