  This is a meta-comment, but could you guys please refrain from
writing many emails in a row on the same topic, just to comment on
different paragraphs?

  People who is participating to this discussion should have had
enough time to gather certain ideas, so instead of replying to
paragraph by paragraph (that in theory results in exponential increse
of traffic), writing up a coherent story might help.
