Maybe "squeak" is a weird shell script that copies those files on your  
Debian install?

Also, you should give either -vm-display-none or -headless. The latter  
implicitly loads -vm-display-X11 but just does not connect to the  
display, yet. Also, IIRC, it is deprecated.
