Oh, I didn't get this far down the message for some reason before I
replied before.

What do you expect to happen to 3.10?  I think there must be some sort
of misunderstanding.  3.11 is a descendant of 3.10.  So barring a bug
addressing release of some kind 3.10 is basically done.
