Hi

I wanted to do another important bug fix for 3.9:

to help people relying on Delay for their servers and others.

I prepared everything but when I take a 3.9.1-7075 or a 3.9-7067
and I press update nothing happens.


I changed the updates.list to
	#Squeak3.9.2
	7076advance392.cs
	7077DelaySemaphore-6834-v1-laza.cs

So normally a 3.9.1-7075 should process these changes.
Now I do not know why it does not.
Is the server still: updates at udpate.squeakfoundation.org:~/updates/ ?
Can someone check? I tried to trace into Utilities>updateServer but I  
did not get why I
got 0 updates.
