Actually, the easiest and fastest way is to select the Class (or any  
global) and press Cmd-Shift-N (Alt-Shift-N on PCs). This is also in  
the Browser - select the class, bring up the menu, choose "class refs  
(N)". The uppercase N describes the shifted short cut.
