I think I have seen the same problem (loading TTFSpeedUp-dgd.2.cs
fails because the progress is open.). I think the problem can be
avoided by doing

	Installer mantis bug: 6089 fix:'TTFSpeedUp-dgd.2.cs'.
	World doOneCycleNow.
