[squeak-dev] Screensaver in Squeak?

All Squeak VMs support "proper" fullscreen, AFAIK. Just choose
"appearance... - full screen on" from the world menu. An image saved
in fullscreen mode should automatically switch to fullscreen on
startup (if not, this is a new bug).
