for uploading tutorials try http://showmedo.com/ which also has some
tutes of it's own for making screencasts
(http://showmedo.com/videotutorials/screencasting). You might want to
consider something like "Camstudio" or "Wax"
(http://www.debugmode.com/wax/) instead of .mov. Other options are
http://www.vimeo.com/ and YouTube of course.
