The problem comes from Rio apparently.

Try this:
	ScriptLoader new installer ss project: 'Mondrian'; install:  
'MondrianLoader'. ScriptLoader perform: #loadMondrianWithoutRio

It should load correctly. But you need to have RB installed (Mondrian  
uses RBIdentityDictionary)
