I am trying to get the refactoring  browser into Squeak3.10.2-7179-win32 
under Vista.
I opened the Universe browser, selected OmniBrowser-Refactory v 145 and 
tried to install.  I get an error that the package in the subject is too 
short; in fact, it's 20 bytes.

I tried deleting it from the cache and repeating the install several 
times, but the result is always the same.

Is the version on the server corrupt?
