Hi

I went through the methods calling #deprecated: and tried to remove  
uses of those methods from other places in the system. I also ran the  
TestSuite with enabled deprecation warnings to find some more.
I pushed updated versions of EToys, Tools, Universes, Compiler and  
Network to the inbox. It's only tiny patches, just all over the place.
