Doing Beeper beep causes the cpu to latch to 100% for squeakvm and pulseaudio.

This problem was thought solved with 
Squeak-4.0.3.2196-linux_i386.tar.gz 

but has regressed with this newer version: 
Squeak-4.0.3.2202-linux_i386.tar.gz

Someone should warn the Pharo folk.
