This is fine for Cobalt. We ship our own VMs. Currently I'm using
eliot's precompiled cog VMs as the Cobalt VM's, so, as long as the VM
we ship has a working FloatMathPlugin, we're good.

Where is FloatConsistencyTest, so I can validate my image? it's not in my image
