Has anyone successfully tried out the Tropo interface?  The install from here:

went fine, but it didn't pull in the additional http encoding code it needs - and I don't really know what package has that.  Any help would be appreciated; I've done a fair bit of work in JSON and network interfaces, and would like to pitch in on something like this.
