But not understanding may be solved asking again.

Indeed a Release Team is a position that need strong communication
skills, and the guy that
will be there will need to invest some time on questions as write
mails, generate consensus and
coordinate things.

Anyway my question was directed to the fact that, if I'm not wrong,
the Release Team position was
offered to 2 different persons.
