Well, we do. The problem we're facing is that we need the SFC lawyers to 
agree that we've *proven* that we're fully MIT relicensed. And we just 
don't want to announce the (MIT relicensed) 4.0 without also announcing 
our joining the SFC which is what creates the delay.

BTW, the process is moving along. Slowly, but definitely moving.
