I noted when unzipping the Mac distribution of Squeak that there's a
directory __MACOSX which it would seem contains some metadata. I don't
know how to create this without using the Finder. I'd rather use the
shell, but the 'zip' command doesn't seem to create this metadata.

Does anyone know a way that I can avoid doing this manually?
