Yes, but that is not the question, the question is:

what does LOCAL HOST ADDRESS mean to you? 

for use in like 

sock2 connectTo: NetNameResolver localHostAddress port: 54321.

or 

'http://localhost:8080/seaside' asUrl retrieveContents.


Offering a "NetNameResolver networkInterfaceThings" has different meaning?
