Someone else may know the impact of this in Squeak, but when formatting hard drives on MacOS X, you get to choose whether you format case-sensitive or not.

So perhaps the particular false answer is indeed correct.
I don't have any drives formatted as case-sensitive but maybe someone could try to see if it answers true then.
