I'd like to play around with alt/cmd-tab like functionality. I see that I
can send the front window to the back with alt-\, but it doesn't work if a
textbox/etc has focus. Where in the system can I hook a keyboard shortcut
that gets handled without context (i.e., w/o being delegated to the object
under the hand?)
