4.1 is newer than 4.1.1, getting trunk updates, posting to the inbox (was Re: [squeak-dev] Files in trunk?!)

4.1 with 9957 is the newer one.

Yes, but in this case it does not apply.....
See http://lists.squeakfoundation.org/pipermail/squeak-dev/2010-April/148944.html
Randal was complaining that Andreas put out a 4.1.1 without first
doing a 4.1. So Andreas put out the 4.1 AFTER the 4.1.1

Yes, but the cleanup work has not been done yet....

1)
Evaluate in a workspace
 MCMcmUpdater defaultUpdateURL: 'http://source.squeak.org/trunk'.

Alternative:
Choose the preferences browser, click on category 'Monticello' and
change the update URL to http://source.squeak.org/trunk

2) Then choose the mouse menu 'Update Squeak'

3) After the updates have been done choose 'Extras' / 'Rebuild menus'.

Sorry for that and thank you for bringing up this issue. There are
probably quite a number of other people on this list who are in the
same situation but were too shy to ask ...

Another important not so obvious thing is that you can open a
Monticello Browser (menu 'Tools') and then open the repository
'source.squeak.org/inbox'. It contains proposals of things to be added
to the trunk.

The current Configurations package development and the ConfigBrowser
are taking place there.

If you change a package in your image and you think the change is
worth to be taken into the trunk you may post it to the inbox by
simply selecting that package in the Monticello browser and by
choosing source.squeak.org/inbox at the right hand side and pressing
the button 'save'. Then you are prompted for a comment and the
contribution appears in the inbox and on the list.
