NM, found it. BalloonMorph (I really should have guessed.)

I'd like a different font in balloon help. I'd also like to play around with
other ideas, like smoothing the line around the balloon, or using a thought
balloon instead of a word balloon.

Usually the way I'd figure out how to do something like this is by pulling
up a halo on the morph I want to change the behavior of, but I don't seem to
be able to do that with the balloons: they tend to disappear when I try to
mouse over them:)

Does anyone know where I can look to see how this stuff works?
