[squeak-dev] [ELECTION] I forgot to list "None of the below"...

In fact, "None of the Below" never ever won over any of the candidates. It would still be good to have it back next year, but since it never affected the outcome of the election before, it's unlikely this year would have been different. 

It's gonna be okay Göran, we still like you ;)
